- Starter Sessions
- Starter Sessions are aimed at beginners and are a fun way to experience the sport. They provide an excellent introduction to canoeing and are usually run by Canoe England clubs and centres. They are open to everyone, from eight years old to eighty years young!

- While most of our Guided Tours are suitable for absolute beginners, they are also ideal for those with some canoeing experience who want to broaden their horizons. They provide the opportunity to try something new with like-minded people, escape the daily grind on an adventure or simply spend some time leisurely exploring your local waterways.
